Jenna Bimbi

Jenna Bimbi has spent her career building and cultivating dynamic teams to effect change. She has organized impactful community-based political campaigns to elect women, many of them first-time candidates. In multiple capacities, she produced high-quality, cross-functional winning campaigns across New York City and State.

Jenna grew up in rural Colorado and came to New York in 2006 with Teach for America where she taught middle school in the Bronx. During that time, Jenna received her Master’s degree in teaching. Her background in teaching has informed nearly every step of her career – from training organizers on political campaigns, to consistent and dedicated investment in the professional development of staff, and now in mentoring young Reproductive Justice leaders at NYBCAF.

Isabella Grullon

Fellow, Legislative Education and Advocacy Program

Isabella is a sophomore studying Political Science at Hunter College. After the Dobbs v. Jackson decision she wanted to take action, and she joined NYBCAF to strengthen and expand reproductive rights.

Isabella works under the guidance of Jenna Bimbi, the Co-Executive Director, and assists with grassroots organizing, legislative initiatives, and policy research.

Sarah Argüelles

Sarah is a graduate student at John Jay studying Forensic Psychology. Sarah joined NYBCAF as a volunteer on the Associate Board and was later elevated to a Fellowship position.

Sarah works under the guidance of Jenna Bimbi, the Co-Executive Director, and assists with press and communications in order to promote the work of the NYBCAF and the need for policy change in New York.
